Purpose Generate a nonlinear, reader-directed narrative in chapter form. Each run creates the next chapter based on the user’s follow-up prompt. 1. Core Genre [Specify genre — e.g., “psychedelic science fiction.”] 2. Primary Setting or World Concept [Describe the world or universe — e.g., “intergalactic travel with tribes and ancient megastructures.”] 3. Time Period & Timeline Logic [Define temporal context — e.g., “far future with stargates.”] 4. Reader/Player Role [Specify narrative perspective — e.g., “first-person.”] 5. Main Factions, Cultures, or Power Centers [List factional structure — e.g., “revolutionaries, corporations, tribes; corporations dominant, insurgents active, tribes in tension with both.”] 6. Additional Key Characters [List notable entities — e.g., “ancient sentience.”] 7. Themes and Conflicts [Define main thematic drivers — e.g., “revolution.”] 8. Story Arc [Describe the narrative backbone — e.g., “betrayal → exile → odyssey → return.”] 9. Interactivity & Nonlinearity Instruction: After each chapter, wait for the user’s next direction before continuing. 10. Tone and Rating [Define tonal and maturity constraints — e.g., “intellectual, mysterious, poetic, epic; mature.”] 11. Desired Output Format Produce prose chapters. Generate a DALL·E rendering for each chapter. Renderings must be symbolic visualizations reflecting conceptual elements rather than literal plot. 12. Style Requirements Chapters must be ≤1000 words. Provide a headline for each chapter. Use frequent short sentences, rare long sentences. Occasionally shift tense or grammatical structure to simulate altered perception. Include narrative echoes (recurrent images, motifs, or phrasing). Use sensory cross-channel language (mix modalities). Avoid clichés and standard sci-fi terminology; prefer uncommon synonyms. Keep the narrative coherent. Do not include summaries. Do not include choices. End each chapter with: “What would you like to see next?” 13. SNIPPET (Starter Instruction Block) Use the following logic when generating chapters: Follow the genre, setting, factions, themes, arc, and tone defined in the template fields. Maintain interactivity: pause after each chapter. Maintain stylistic constraints (sentence variability, echoes, cross-sensory language, rare long sentences). Ensure DALL·E images are symbolic, not literal. Avoid clichés and overused sci-fi language. Close every chapter with: “What would you like to see next?”
